- The Caméléon 8.7” ratchet crimp tool body consists of a sturdy carbon steel frame, adjustable compression wheel and rubberized handles for a comfortable grip. The crimper eliminates the problem of over crimping connectors. The ratchet action and quick release ensure that crimps are secure and uniform. The built-in safety release allows the tool to release mid crimp if required. Kit includes 8.7" ratchet crimp tool body, a wire stripping tool, 3 most popular dies and a sturdy case with expansion slots for more dies, The dies included in the kit are the A for Insulated Connectors (10-22 AWG) #415-31, A1 for Heat Shink Connectors (8-22 AWG) #416-31 and B for Non Insulated Connectors (8-20 AWG) #419-31.
